When you shop on PrintableOffice site, we collect your Name, Surname, Business Name and VAT Number, Address, IP address, Country Location, Device Specifications, E-mail, Payment Type & Phone. We do not collect or store your Credit / Debit card details.

We have to store customers details & the receipt with the transaction for tax purpose which we have to by the Irish and EU law.

Transaction receipt is stored on-line on our website, the server is hosted by and off-line on hdd.

We do not ask you these details via e-mail or over the phone at any time.

Controlling Your Personal Information / Deleting Your Account

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information at any time by editing your account, requesting access or contacting us. You can delete your account at any time you wish.

You have the right to erasure, right to be forgotten. Your account will be delete as soon as we receive request and confirmation. Please note if you have bought PrintableOffice content then we need to keep the receipts, your address and IP address for tax purposes. We require this basic information to run our on-line shop and provide you with our service, & also sometimes for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping to see how we are doing.
  •  For Garda, if we need to report spammers or any crime activity against our site/s or business & you might be involved.
  • Rep. of Ireland and E.U. ( European Union  ) law enforce us to track IP Addresses and keep receipts when people shop on-line at our shop. The IP Address is used to determinate their location to charge them correct VAT and the receipt is used for tax purposes.

Our off-line storage is internet disconnected hard disk which is connected to off-line computer, the receipts are updated by usb flash.

Please note that PrintableOffice or never asks you any personal details through e-mails, social media, messenger, sms and / or calls.

If you receive a suspicious e-mails, social media, messenger, sms and / or calls from PrintableOffice or, asking you any private personal information, credit debit card details, please hang up the phone or do not reply and delete / mark this e-mail as spam and report it to us immediately so we can investigate or you can report it to the local Garda station.
